Francis L. (Frank) Morgan, Sr.

Francis L. (Frank) Morgan Sr. died in Framingham, MA on November 18, 2006.

He was the husband of the late Greta J. Morgan. They had been married for 60 years. Frank was born December 8, 1910 in Danbury, CT, son of Frank R. and Bertha Morgan.

He was a volunteer fireman member of the Citizens Hose Co. of Danbury for 65 years. He and his brother the late Bill Morgan owned and operated the Morgan Brothers grocery store for 48 years.

He is survived by his son Francis L. Morgan Jr. and his wife Anne, his
grandchildren Elizabeth O’Neill and her husband Brendan, Pamela Megan and her husband Paul, Margaret Collins and her husband Scott, Jennifer Morgan, and Michael Benso. He is also survived by his great grandchildren Kevin Kennedy, John Collins, Kathleen Collins, Sarah Collins and Emily Megan. He was the father of the late Kathleen Morgan Benso and father-in-law of her husband, the late Albert Benso.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Chesmore Funeral home of Hopkinton Burial will be at the convenience of the family in the family plot in the Central Cemetery in Brookfield, CT. There will be no calling hours.
