Share your Memorial with Family & Friends

It was always enlighten to see Bob & Clytie and to hear his many stories of the war and his love of cars & music. Bear River will have a large hole to fill. Sadly missed but fondly remembered...Clytie our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in your time of sorrow

Our deepest heartfelt sympathy and condolences to you Clytie, and to your family and friends. I was deeply saddened to hear of my Great Uncle Bob's passing, he was a wonderful person. My sons and I were very fortunate to have known Bob, and I have many fond memories of him, especially from the times in Marshalltown; he was always a joy to be around! Take comfort in his memories and to know Bob will always be with us living in our hearts. Wishing you God's Peace, Brent, Natasha and family

We send our heartfelt sympathy and condolences to you Clytie, and your family. Bear River won't be the same without him, it was impossible to meet him and not be very aware of his keen mind and delightful spirit. He had many interesting tales to tell and I'm sure we hadn't heard the half of them. May God bless you all with wonderful memories of a life well lived.

Hello everyone: My wife Cindy and I were saddened to hear of Bob's passing. I shall miss the sparkle in those eyes during the times I had the privilege to visit with him and Clytie. I must with regret advise I cannot make the service in Nova Scotia, as prior engagements demand my staying in Saint John. Take Care and may the grace of God be upon all of you in these days.

I only met Bob and Clytie once, I believe, but my mother, Sarah E. (Chute) Glover was very fond of both. She was always so pleased when they "came home" to Bear River. Clytie, my thoughts are with you and your family. I'd also like to convey sincere condolences from Idella Morine and her daughters Sherry and Debbie.

although I never personally met this man, I feel like I knew him fairly well because of his son. many years ago I met Bob's son Robert when working with him at Snap On Tools in Natick, MA. Robert and I have spent some quality time together over the years and he spoke of his dad frequently. if it is any consolation to the rest of the family, I think the old saying of the apple doesn't fall far from the tree fits really well here. his son Robert seems to share many of the same beliefs and interests that he spoke of when talking about his dad. Bob also has the same out going personality that others are speaking of. our thoughts are with Bob and the rest of his family as they figure out how to continue on with their lives without the patriarch of the Foster family.
