Her laughter was like a silver bell, a magic spell he knew so well. From distant shores, her heritage flowed, A vibrant seed, where love had sowedFor thirty-two years, a tapestry spun two hearts entwined, beneath one sun. Through whispered dreams and gentle grace, they built a world, a sacred space. But shadows fall, and time takes hold, A story's end, a tale untold. Poonam's soft breath, a fading sigh, her earthly form, began to die. The vibrant hues, now turned to gray, Tommy's world, began to fray. A hollow ache, a silent tear, the empty space, she held so dear. The garden blooms, but lacks her scent, The days are long, the moments spent, In memories shared, a love so deep, A promise kept, he vowed to keep. Though lost and lone, his spirit grieves, Her love remains, among the leaves. For in his heart, she'll ever be, His Poonam, his eternity.
