Dear Vicky, My apologies for this belated condolence. I was in FL this winter and until the end of April this year since there seemed to be little sense in rushing back to the Cape. I just became aware today of Peters's passing and I'm SO sad not only to know that he's no longer with us but also that I wasn't aware until today. I had a shorefront question for him and when I called his number and didn't get him and I got a strange feeling. I am truly saddened to learn of his passing and I wanted to reach out and say how much I always valued Peter as not only a tremendous resource but more importantly a friendly voice on the phone or on a work site. I could always count his professional opinion, a funny story his refreshing no-nonsense approach. He was truly one of my favorite humans and I can't imagine how much you'll miss him. My prayers are with you both. I'm happy to have had him as a friend. Jorie Fleming

Dear Vicki, I am so sorry to hear about Pete. I know how sad you must be and how much you miss him. Pete was always so friendly and his smile could light up a room. Although the years have passed, memories always live on. I have so much wonderful memories of years past. Yours will help you get through this tough time. Please accept my sincere condolences. Your friend, Elaine Swallow

Vickie, I just heard about Pete's passing. I am so sorry to hear that news. Though the years have passed so fast, I remember you both clearly in my mind like it was just yesterday....the laughs and so much fun. I have so many pictures that keep those memories intact. Please accept my deep condolences for your loss. May Pete rest in peace. The many years that have passed do not erase all the good memories.

Vickie- thank you for contacting me today about Peter’s passing. I worked with him for many years on projects on the Cape that I was in charge of permitting. He was a very skilled engineer, and a kind and generous human being. I am so sorry. Ben Lynch

Dearest Vickie, Carmen and I are at a loss for words as we just learned of Peter's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this most difficult time. On our way home from the last time we all met up at the Elks, a few weeks ago, we both discussed how good it was to see you both and how many great laughs we had. Love you and we will be in touch with you soon. Sandy and Carmen

My deepest sympathy to you Vicki for the loss of your faithful husband, fishing buddy and soulmate. Peter was always a good friend from my early days on the Cape. He had a jewelers eye for truth and wore his convictions on his sleeve with dignity. I will miss his quick wit and sense of humor, but mostly I will miss his loyal friendship. I pray that he has now arrived in Fair Havens, safe in the arms of a loving Savior.
