Maureen J. Barilone, 77, of Worcester and formerly of Hopkinton died Sunday, April
12, 2009. Born in Worcester, she was the daughter of the late John and Alice (Carey)
Heaton. She was the wife of Michael F. Barilone who passed in 1986.

A former resident of Hopkinton and Bradenton, FL, Maureen was a graduate of Mary E
Wells High School in Southbridge and a retiree from Digital Equipment Corp where she
had worked for many years.

She is survived by 1 son, Scott Pierce of Worcester; 2 daughters, Heidi Pierce of
Scottsdale, AZ., and Carole Donovan and her husband Jeff of Grafton, 1 brother, Tom
Carey of Ashville, N.C. and 2 loving kitty cats Spooky and Tuschy. She also leaves
behind a number of cousins and caring friends. She is predeceased by a brother,
Bruce Heaton.

A funeral home service will be held on Saturday, April 18, 2009 at 12:00p.m. at the
Chesmore Funeral Home of Hopkinton, 57 Hayden Rowe St. www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com
Visitation will take place from 11:00-12:00 prior to the service. Burial will follow
in Evergreen Cemetery in Hopkinton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her
