Holliston-

Marjorie H. Withe, 90, of Holliston, died Friday, December 1, 2006 at the Thomas Upham House in Medfield. Born in Wethersfield, CT., she was the daughter of the late Ruth (Power) and Raymond Barstow. She was the wife of the late Raymond Withe who died in 1990.

Formerly of Portland, CT., and a Holliston resident since 1950, she was a former member of Eastern Star and the Mary Wells Club. A lifelong member in the Congregational Church, she was very active with many local activities. Her father was one of the leading Layman in the Congregational Church and was also an architect with the national council of churches.

She is survived by 1 son, David Withe and his wife Eleanor, of Newbury, MA, and 2 grandchildren, Joshua Withe and Hannah Marshall, 4 great-grandchildren, Abigale and Nicolas Withe and Noah and Levi Marshall. She is predeceased by 1 brother, Dwight Barstow.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2006 at 1:30p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home of Holliston, 854 Washington St. (Rt. 16). Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:30pm prior to the service.
