Holliston – Lloyd W. Pearson, 73, formerly of Waltham, died unexpectedly Monday, March 15, 2004.
Lloyd leaves behind him a beloved wife, Nancy A. (Nichols) Pearson, of forty-nine years.
Lloyd served in the army during the Korean War. He was formerly employed at the Back Bay Advisors, a part of New England Life for forty two years. He was an active participant in the Holliston Senior Center, he enjoyed traveling and organizing trips through the Senior Center. He was a former cub master of the Holliston Boy Scouts, he also was an active member and deacon at the First Congregational Church of Holliston. He enjoyed gardening, dancing and spending time with his family.
Beside his wife, he is survived by four children, Jay Pearson of TX, David Pearson of NC, Laurel Clain of MA, Pamela Ruivo of NC, brother Walter Pearson and grandchildren, Andrea, Nicole and Amy Clain, Nancy, Christopher, Matthew, Katie and Kyle Pearson, Kyra and Samantha Ruivo. He was the brother of the late Thelma Pearson.
The funeral will be held Friday, March 19 at 11:00 a.m. at the First Congregational Church, 725 Washington St., Holliston. Cremation will follow.
Calling hours at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 854 Washington St., Rt. 16, Holliston will be Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
