Edward Francis Waugh

November 15, 1938 - October 4, 2015

Share your Memorial with Family & Friends

Ed was a good neighbor, friend and all around good Samaritan. As a businessman in the community – from Russell's Market, to the Penny Saver to Ed's Limo -- he always showed he cared about people and gave back to the community. In my role at Easter Seals over the years, I saw that many times. Sheila and I have many fond memories of his kindnesses and good humor.

Dear Mrs. Waugh & Family- I am so saddened to learn of Ed's passing. I had the very good fortune of him hiring me for my first job back in 1981. At first he kind've intimidated me as he had had a gruff (at times) exterior. But the longer I worked there, the longer I learned what a really good person (and boss) he was. He was kind to me at a couple of tough points in my life, and helped me find another job when I wanted to make more money. I have always been grateful I got the opportunity to know him, and have the experience of working with him and other great people at Russell's those many years ago. May he rest in peace, and may your memories of him give you some comfort. My deepest condolences, Dan Short

Thank you all for your prayers and well wishes. It means everything to our family during this tough time. The outpouring of support tonight was very humbling! Bumpa was looking down tonight with great happiness. Thank you all again! And thank you to the wonderful staff at Chesmore Funeral Home.

I love you Grace. I have such wonderful memories of Eddie. We were blessed to spend special time with my sister Teresa, Joe, Matt and Ashleigh at your beautiful condo in New Hampshire.
